Terms of Service — ParkIn OS

These Terms govern your use of ParkIn OS (“we”, “us”), a smart parking management and parking finder platform. By using it you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ParkIn OS lets you find available parking nearby, book spots, track vehicle entry and exit, and pay digitally. Parking spots are provided by their operators; we provide the platform.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information, including your name, phone number and vehicle details.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Bookings and payments

• Bookings are subject to availability and the rules of the parking operator.
• Online payments are processed by our payment provider. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Messages

We send booking updates, receipts and support messages on WhatsApp. Reply STOP or email support.parkos@gmail.com to opt out.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully, or to interfere with it or other users.
• Do not enter vehicle or personal details that are not yours to share.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account in the app under Settings › Delete account. We may suspend access for misuse of the service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India have jurisdiction.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
