Privacy Policy — ParkIn OS

This policy explains what ParkIn OS (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have when you use our website and apps.

1. What we collect

  • Name and phone number, to create and identify your account and to contact you.
  • Vehicle details, such as registration number and vehicle type, to book spots and track vehicle entry and exit.
  • Email address, where you give one, for sign-in and support.
  • Photos you choose to upload, such as a vehicle or receipt photo, only for the feature you used them in.
  • Booking and payment records, such as amounts, method and receipt numbers. Card and bank credentials are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
  • Technical data, such as device push tokens, app version and crash reports, to deliver notifications and keep the app working.

We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.

2. WhatsApp messages (Meta)

We use WhatsApp, a service of Meta, to send you booking updates, receipts and support messages on the phone number you give us. WhatsApp processes those messages under its own terms and privacy policy.

Opt out: you can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing support.parkos@gmail.com.

3. Service providers

  • WhatsApp (Meta): delivering the messages described above.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging and Crashlytics (Google): push notifications and crash reports.
  • Sign in with Apple: if you sign in with Apple, Apple shares with us the name and email you allow it to share.
  • Payment provider: processing online payments.
  • Cloud hosting: running the application and storing its data.

We share with each provider only what it needs to do its job.

4. Cookies

The website uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and make the app work. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Security

Connections use HTTPS, passwords and one-time passcodes are stored only as one-way hashes, and access to data is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure.

6. Your choices

  • Opt out of WhatsApp messages by replying STOP or emailing support.parkos@gmail.com.
  • Delete your account in the app under Settings › Delete account.
  • To access or correct your data, or to ask a question about this policy, email support.parkos@gmail.com.

7. Children

ParkIn OS is not directed at children.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the “Last updated” date above.
